Shipping Policy

We print and ship personalised gifts PAN India. This page explains how long delivery takes, how much it costs, and how to track your order.

Delivery timeline

Since every product is custom printed to order, please allow 5 to 7 days for your order to be printed, packed and delivered from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote locations or during high-demand periods such as festivals.

Order processing

• Orders are confirmed once payment (or COD) is verified.
• Your product then enters production — printing and quality checks take 1–2 days.
• Once dispatched, your order is handed to our courier partner for delivery to your address.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete payment. We occasionally run free-shipping offers — any such offer will be clearly displayed on the site or at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also reach out on our Contact page anytime for a status update.

Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery window every time, delays can occasionally happen due to courier disruptions, weather, regional restrictions or incorrect/ incomplete address details. We'll keep you informed if this affects your order.

Receiving your order

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video before opening it — see our Refund & Returns policy for how this helps with replacement claims.
