These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Apna Printing website and any order you place with us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About our products

Apna Printing sells personalised, made-to-order gifting products — including photo frames, acrylic prints, mugs, bottles, keychains and display stands — printed with photos or designs supplied by you. Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, please review your photos, spelling and design carefully before checkout.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received (or COD is confirmed, where offered).
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be issued.
• Product colours and finish may vary slightly from screen images due to printing and display differences.

Customisation content

You confirm that you own the rights to any photo, image or design you upload, and that it does not violate any copyright, trademark or third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse to print content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes on someone else's rights.

Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 days from order confirmation, subject to courier serviceability and location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns, replacements and damage

As our products are customised and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns policy — an unboxing video is required to be eligible for a free replacement frame or product.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Apna Printing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
